At Cura, we want you to love every piece you wear, which is why we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn apparel in its original condition. If your selection isn't the perfect fit, we are here to help you find the right style or process a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the portal process and attach it securely to your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the items in their original packaging with tags attached and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned garments, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
